  • Will you notify me once my order has been shipped?
  • Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from LaptopBatteriesPlanet.com. The email will contain all of your tracking information. It generally takes between 24-72 to process the shipment once an order has been placed, so your confirmation email will arrive once the shipment is on its way.   • Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
  • Yes, your confirmation email that is sent to you when the order is shipped contains the tracking information. You can check the location of your shipment by using the tracking number provided.

     

  • If my item is on back order, how will I know when it is available to be shipped?
  • If the laptop battery you ordered is not immediately available, we will notify you promptly via email or by the phone number provided in your account information. We will provide an estimated time of delivery as well. If you have ordered multiple items, we will immediately ship the items in stock while keeping the remainder of the order under “back-order” status. Once the back-ordered item is available, we will ship immediately upon receipt and send you an email with the tracking information.
