Purchase Orders

For primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities, and government and public safety organizations, LaptopBatteriesPlanet.com has set up a purchase order system whereby qualifying organizations can place purchase orders for the various laptop batteries that they need.

In the event that an organization does not have a purchase order system, LaptopBatteriesPlanet.com will accept any order sent on company letterhead. The order must contain the following information:

• Purchase order number
• Complete shipping and billing address information
• Signature of purchasing agent or buyer, along with phone number, email address and any other pertinent contact information.
• Product name and part number, along with complete part description and price.
• Number of units needed for each product.

Once the purchase order has been completed and signed, it can be faxed to 1-713-481-2545. Purchase orders can also be emailed to sales@laptopbatteriesplanet.com
