Return Policy

Our warranty covers workmanship errors and defective products only. 

Please make sure that you don't have any laptop malfunction and the problem is related only to the battery.

In case the battery malfunctions within the 1 year warranty period, please kindly contact us, specify the exact problem and we will assist you by using our warranty policy.

The 1 year warranty does not cover:

1.  Batteries damaged by men made errors, i.e. dropping the goods, opening the battery case etc.

2.  Batteries damaged during the shipping. In case the package arrived damaged then the customer has to claim the damage from the respective shipping courier.

All returns must be authorized and approved by Laptop Batteries Planet within 30 days from the original invoice date. 

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. 

Please note,

We will not accept a return with any damage to or defacing of the manufacturer's box.

This includes shipping back your item without exterior packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.  Laptop Batteries Planet recommends using one of our approved carriers with proof of delivery for any return shipments.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances should Laptop Batteries Planet be hold responsible for any damages caused by any product or service, or the failure of such product or service to perform. Including, but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of data, lost savings, or any other special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage.
